This Telegram update allows users to share entire chat folders with a single link, create custom wallpapers for individual chats, use web apps in any chat, and more.
Shareable chat folders
Chat folders can now be shared using a link, to invite your friends or colleagues to dozens of workgroups, news channel tours, and more. With one click, others will be able to add the folder and instantly join all your chats.
Shareable folders support multiple invite links, each allowing access to different chats. When creating a link, select the chats you want to include, and set a matching unique name.
You can include any public chat, as well as any chat where you have admin rights to add people. If you add more chats to your folder and update the link to it, members will see a suggestion to join the new chats.
To create a folder, open Settings > Chat Folders.
custom wallpapers

After setting the background, a special message will be sent to the chat, which will allow the interlocutor to add the same background in his conversation with you, or create his own.
You can set a custom wallpaper in any two-way chat. To set a custom wallpaper, open your profile and tap ⋯> “Change background” on iOS.
Improved bots
Telegram bots can host web applications and make services and tools available to millions of users. These web apps can now be launched in any chat.
Web applications that support this feature can be accessed via a direct link or by mentioning the bot’s username in any Telegram chat. For example, try typing @durgerkingbot (followed by a space) in any chat.
When launched in a group, web applications can now support collaboration and multiplayer features for members.
Bots can now also use batchable usernames, including links without the -bot suffix. You can also buy Telegram Premium for yourself or as a gift through Fragment.
Swipe for attachments
The attachment list now scrolls more quickly, just like shared media. Drag the history bar to do so.
Reading time on topics
In groups with fewer than 100 members with running topics, receipts now show when your posts have been read by other group members.
Improved interfaces
