Club del Sole continues to grow through acquisitions. The largest Italian network specializing in outdoor holidays has acquired Campeggi management company, with a portfolio of 4 family camping villages located along the coast of Ravenna. Four buildings (the village of Pineta in Milano Marittima, the only village in Marina Romia, the village of Riva Verde in Marina di Ravenna, the village of Peni in Punta Marina Terme) that have been added to 21 family camping villages in 7 Italian regions, 19 overlooking the most beautiful beaches of the semi The island.
The four structures employ 50 permanent and seasonal collaborators and occupy a total area of 200,000 square meters, with 330 units including cottages and caravans and 250 designated parking spaces for campgrounds, caravans and tents. The Campeggi Management acquisition will generate additional revenue of € 5.5 million, equivalent to 10% of 2019 sales volume.
Thanks to an investment and acquisition plan that has been completed in the past 12 months, Club del Sole aims to increase its presence, reaching 3 million in 2021.

With more than 1.2 million square meters of open space, Club del Sole, based in Forl, is the Italian leader in outdoor vacations. In 2019, it generated sales of around 55 million euros: a figure that should have grown in the last year despite the epidemic.
At the end of 2018, the NB Aurora Fund, a permanent capital fund listed on the professional “MIV” list of the Italian Stock Exchange, entered the club del Sole capital with a 40% stake. Aurora is promoted by one of the major global players in the private equity world: American Neuberger Berman, which is an independent investment firm that manages more than US $ 330 billion and is present in 16,000 companies worldwide. In Italy, NB has a team of 30 private equity professionals and manages more than 1.5 billion euros.
