Cnn Fast, the free-to-air commercial television channel for all news broadcasters owned by Warner Bros. Discovery Group, for the first time in many European countries, including Italy.

The service, edited by CNN’s editorial team, is aimed at a younger audience, suggesting short videos – three or six minutes long – international stories ranging in various fields, from news to business and through entertainment, sports and the environment.
Editorial production is overseen by Mira Erdozen, Senior Vice President of Programming at CNN International and the content, developed specifically for the channel, is created using technology from cloud-based broadcast solutions provider Amagi.
Where is it available
The launch of the new channel builds on the work the broadcaster has done on connected television (CTV), integrating other ways to use Cnn content, which is already available on digital, linear, audio and social media platforms.
After debuting on Rakuten TV, CNN Fast will also land on LG Channel from May 24 and on Samsung TV Plus in June.
In addition to Italy, the channel is currently available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It will be available in more countries and platforms over the next year.
