Throughout the busy MLB League Series, we will keep you updated with results, moments to watch and what’s next in every match.

what happened? You don’t think the New York Yankees will go quietly, do you?

With their backs against the wall, the Yankees defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 4-1 in Game 4 of the MLS series to clear things up and force a crucial match 5 on Friday.

Driving the way is a familiar post-season champ. Shortstop Gleyber Torres, who came in at 0.329 with four home runs during his first 19 post-season matches, has added another big home run. And we mean BIG in every sense of the word.

Not only did Homer’s race in the sixth half extended New York’s lead to three runs, it nearly removed the Western Metal Supply building below the left line in Petco Park.

It was also significant in terms of Yankees history. Torres is now even with Mickey Mantell in most of the post-season home run before the age of 24.

Before Torres exploded, the game was all about hitting in time and blasting blows. Yankees player Jordan Montgomery set the tone by successfully walking the tightrope. The 27-year-old left Rays limited to one round with three strokes and three walks over four innings.

Luckily for the Yankees, their Hot and Cold restaurant was hot tonight. Chad Greene, Zach Britton and Aroldes Chapman each came together to throw five 0-0 innings to secure the win.

New York was never late after being defeated twice against Ryan Thompson opener in the second half. Luke Voit, who led MLB with 22 home points during the regular season, opened the scoring with his first post-season Homer. Later in the frame, Brett Gardner raced home on the sacrifice fly of DJ LeMahieu.

Rays had his first run on RBI Land by Brandon Lowe in the second half.

What’s Next? We have gone as far as we can. The fifth ALDS match will take place on Friday at Petco Park in San Diego. Game time will depend on the outcome of the Dodgers-Padres 3 game. If the Dodgers team wins and ends the series, the game will begin at 7:10 PM ET. If Padres wins the series extension, Rays-Yankees 5 will start at 6:10 PM ET.

For the Yankees, it’s a chance to grab their third ALCS appearance in the past four seasons. The Rays win would propel them to ALCS for the second time in the franchise’s history. The first came in 2008 when they arrived and lost the World Series to the Philadelphia Phillies.

The Yankees will go with the start of the first game and Ice Gerrit Cole. Meanwhile, Rays surprised Thursday night by announcing that Game 2 player Tyler Glasnow would get the ball to start Game 5. Cole would be on a short rest, but Glasnow would be on a shorter rest – an indicator that Rays might use some kind of bowling game.

You see this? Luke Voight is a strong human being.

what happened? The Atlanta Braves returned to the National League Championship for the first time since 2001.

After losing eight series of previous leagues in the last 19 years, the Braves completed a sweep of the Miami Marlins on Thursday with a 7-0 win that now puts them one round away from returning to the World Series.

Their win in Game 3 was typical of their braves – their relentlessly powerful attack was pushed across the board while their archers prevented their opponents from doing the same.

Incredibly, the Braves only allowed opposing teams to score one of five postseason wins this season. They dumped the Cincinnati Reds in both games into the Wild Cards Tour and only allowed Marlin to sign up for the first game in the series.

It’s even more incredible when you consider that the Braves entered the qualifiers as the first attacking team. They only hoped to get enough share, but so far, the lights have basically been turned off.

The Marlins scored in three rounds of Game 1, but otherwise, Braves had kept their opponents goalless in 44 post-season rounds.

For the team entering the post-season stage without star Mike Soroka and veteran arms like Cole Hamills and Felix Hernandez, the Braves had to rely on beginners and unknown youths to progress through the post-season category.

In Game 3, it was Kyle Wright who entered the 5.21 era this season but threw six goals without goals while scoring seven. Meanwhile, the crime of the brave did what she did.

There were no teammates in Game 3, but they hit together to score four runs in the third inning, another in the fourth and two in the fifth. The middle of their standings – second-placed Freddy Freeman to fifth-place Ozzy Albis – was seven hits, three RBIs scored and four runs.

Not witch, but effective. The kind of performance that will make them a tough opponent in the next round.

What’s Next? The Braves advance to face the winner of the Dodgers / Padres Series, as the Dodgers lead 2–0 in Thursday’s match. The Braves are likely to prefer facing Padres, who are like the brave in that the kick-off leaves something to be desired but their lineup is fun and dynamic. Chances are, the Dodgers are the ones who present a number of compatibility issues (to anyone, not just the brave). At least the Braves will have time to rest their archers in the next round.

As for Marlins, we hope the next is more than what we’ve seen in 2020. As the surprise team this year is on the LDS Tour, they have taken a big step forward in 2020 – the biggest step yet under the Derek Jeter system. The Marlins showed that some of their young talents are starting to develop and they could be a stronger contender in the future with a few more pieces. The fact that they made it this far after becoming the first team to be shut down by COVID-19 makes the whole thing all the more approachable.

You see this? Travis d’Arnaud is a huge hit with every game in the series. It is the third version of the game.

ALDS 4: Houston Astros 11, Oakland A6

what happened? For the fourth consecutive season, the Houston Astros head to the Major League Soccer Championship after their powerful victory over Oakland A team 11-6 in Game 4 by ALDS.

Houston’s squad remained hot in the win, releasing four runs at home. Michael Brantley represents those of Homer. Carlos Correa’s three-time explosion in the fourth inning put Astros forever ahead, while Jose Tuff in the seventh game for Homer was the best.

The Astros will be the first team in MLB history to reach LCS after ending the regular season with a losing record. After finishing 29-31, the Astros went 5–1 in the postseason. They eliminated two championship teams – the Twins and A.

What’s Next? Another trip to ALCS, where Astros meets either the New York Yankees or the Tampa Bay Rise. The Rays is currently that series 2-1.

ALCS is set to start on Sunday, which means Astros has three days to prepare. That might be good news for Zack Greinke, who started Game 4 after scratching earlier in the series with his arm. At the very least, Lance McCollers and Framper Valdez will be available to view Matches 1 and 2 again at a regular break.

As for A, they will have a full chance to ponder what went wrong. After deposing Houston at AL West, they couldn’t keep up the attack in the series.

Houston did not play the Yankees or the Rice during the regular season due to a limited MLB travel schedule. However, they do have a recent history with both of them in postseason. In fact, Astros canceled both of them in the 2019 Posteason, as they directed Rays in five matches during ALDS and the Yankees in six matches during ALCS.
