The United States awards Nicoletta Mantovani – Chronicle

“The United States has always been a second home for me and Luciano as well, I am honored and delighted to receive this award.” And so Nicoletta Mantovani welcomes the US recognition that was given to her last night to strengthen the ties between the two countries over the years. The love story of Nicoleta Mantovani and Luciano Pavarotti, the great Luciano as the New Yorkers called him, has always been the relationship that connected them with the United States of America, where they found a second home.

And in a moment of rebirth, awaiting new beginnings, the Consul General of the United States, Ragini Gupta, wanted to honor those who contributed to linking the United States with Italy, with the prize for cultural diplomacy, because “the pandemic has reduced the American presence in the country.
