Through EA’s official support pages, DICE has announced that the danger zone mode from Battlefield 2042one of the three pillars of shooter content, You will not receive any more contentwith developers who decided to focus their forces on the modes that players prefer.
As explained by DICE, the mode will remain active and also usable in the future, but it will not receive any other content, and in practice it will be left to itself. In addition, all maps that will be introduced in future updates will not support the danger zone.
“We are in the process of closing future development in the danger zone.
