Concordia – In Concordia, the installation work for the grandstand for spectators inside the new gym “Andrea Sgarbi” in the “Francesco Canova – Il boccio” sports center has been completed.
It is – as the municipal administration explains – an amphitheater for 98 people, made of white steel and blue plastic seats placed in three rows. For the safety of the athletes and spectators, an area was also created separating the grandstand space from the rest of the gym.
Furthermore, an electronic scoreboard and timers were purchased, and the gym was fitted with a protective carpet to cover the wooden floors in the event of events outside of athletic use. Furthermore, sports mattresses have been ordered for the artistic gymnastics activity that will be moving to the new gymnasium.
The factory will be opened on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the earthquake, and will be fully operational soon.
