TMZ got this exclusive clip from a new TV special documenting Buddy’s horrific horrific accident. You can see the TLC reality star removing grout. The president’s bun hand was covered in stitches and staples, but the good news is that he’s starting to feel like he’s back.

Fortunately, the strength of Friends in that important hand is improving – which is what it is Before us On “TMZ Live” … complete with a sinister scar and everything.
As for the way he’s navigating the cake world these days, BV says he has had to teach himself how to be a geek – for nearly every assignment, really – but has ways to go until he’s back in top shape. He appears to be leaning to the left now, and that has its limitations.
Yet it is a miracle that he comes as he contemplates the seriousness of the September accident … He was stabbed in the hand Flesh, bones, tendons, and everything – requiring a host of surgeries.
Speaking of it, Buddy tells us he’s really happy he captured so much of this action on camera – which will be broadcast on this new special TV above – because he said it helped show exactly what happened, leading him to the right-hand doctor almost directly.
