Padua. 90,000 visitors were visitors to Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. Gilman Collection ”, an exhibition that closed its doors at San Gaetano in Padua on Sunday 4 June. The opening of the exhibition, promoted by the Ministry of Culture of the Municipality of Padua, organized by the Virgil, Mondomosti and Sciera Foundation, in collaboration with the National Institute of Bellas Artes e Literatura (INBAL), is curated by Daniela Ferretti, to the audience last February 14, in conjunction with the Festa degli Innamorati.
Frida and Diego and their fiery love and artistic story involved an audience that the organizers defined as broad and passionate, who arrived in San Gaetano already knowing the stories of the artists, acknowledging their most important masterpieces on display and also discovering the lesser-known parts of their production, the environment in which their talents grew and the most remarkable moments in their lives.

“Frida and Diego” also attracted the young (teens made up more than 10 percent of the audience), while the quantitatively larger core was the 25-45 age group. Padua and Veneto were the first sources of this audience, but it must be emphasized that about 40% of the visitors came from outside the region.
