Phil Collins He kicks his ex-wife from her bed … because he says he has it, and he’s tired of her illness.
Sources close to the famous drummer, singer-songwriter and songwriter tell TMZ … his long and rocky relationship with her Oryan Sify It’s officially over … after all, she remarries in August, and he wants her from his Florida State home.
We are told that Phil asked her to evacuate and she refused, and instead threatened to release false and embarrassing charges on him unless he renegotiated the 2008 divorce settlement.
For the record – Collins paid Saifi $ 46.76 million … and our sources say he won’t be giving her another cent. It is believed that she squandered her fortune through a series of bad investments, along with an expensive divorce from the man she married after Phil.
Our sources say that Phil gave his ex-wife until 3 p.m. on Friday to evacuate, but she didn’t, and says she has now changed the safety codes and was not disciplined with the staff.
He told us that Phil plans to file an eviction suit once the courts open next week.
In case you haven’t got the picture, they both have a pretty wild history. They married in the late 1990s and had two sons together – Nicholas And the Matthew – But she filed for divorce in 2006, shortly after the birth of the youngest son.
After the standard settlement, Cevey remarried Charles Mejjati, But then divorced him to return to Collins in 2016.
Things looked a bit peachy until two months ago, when we were told that Urien had married again to a man named Thomas Bates … told Phil that she was just traveling to Las Vegas for work.
Our sources say that Collins continues to fully support his sons – all of their expenses are paid through a fully funded, irrevocable trust – but he believes he’s no longer financially tied to his ex-wife.
