Get a load of this silly suit – Tamron HallShe was sued for a whopping $ 16 million after she told a mother during a nationally televised episode that she didn’t want her baby to hug the mother’s unvaccinated son.
Janine Diangelo She sued Tamron individually and on behalf of her son, claiming they were embarrassed after Tamron compared her son to “leprosy” during an episode about vaccinations that were broadcast on ABC in September 2019 … this is according to documents obtained by TMZ.
In the documents, Dianjelo claimed that Tamron said she would not allow her son anywhere near Diangello’s son let alone embrace him because he had not been vaccinated. Diangelo says Tamron violated New York law by discriminating against her and their religious beliefs.
What’s more … she claims that Tamron was not prepared for the part … contending that Tamron’s lack of education on the topic caused her and her son to experience immense emotional suffering.
The thing is … the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said, if parents choose not to vaccinate their children, they need to be prepared for the risks and responsibilities that come with that. One of these risks … Parents who have vaccinated children may be asked to stay away from children who have not been vaccinated.
DiAngelo suing Hall, Disney, and the production company for $ 16 million in compensation. For what it’s worth … Dianjelo’s son Tamron hugged.
