    Everything is ready to start Sorrento Positano Ultramarathon and Panoramica. It begins with the Ultramarathon on Sunday December 5, 2021 on the 54 km track, before departure at 9 am by the participants of the 27 km Sorrento Positano Panoramica. Two races run on tracks of unparalleled beauty, distinguished by an important difference in height and two intermediate prizes are awarded, the “Green Ribbon Grand Prix” at a half-marathon distance of 21,0975 km for the “Panoramica” and the “Trofeo della Costera” for 50 km in a race 54 km.

    Numbers – Both spaces are sold out. There are 300 Ultramarathon members and 1,300 Panoramica athletes. Running is a family vice because his wife, Angela Gargano, was the first Italian woman to cross the finish line in a thousand marathons, even before Michele himself. The trail at the junction of Termini and the long path to the central plaza of Massa Lubrense where the 21,097 km finish line (Green Ribbon Grand Prix) is set. From Massa Lubrense return to Sorrento towards Via Capo. Arrival in Sorrento, passing through the famous Piazza Tasso with its Christmas tree and markets, is scheduled between 10.45 and 12.45.
    The 54km Ultramarathon will start on Sunday 5th December at 7:00 from Corso Italia – Piazza Angelina Lauro, and the first kilometer will continue through Capo. Then climb to Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi where there is a pass around the eighth kilometer. Then the long journey through the grounds of Sant’Agnello, Piano di Sorrento, Vico Equense and Positano, the most beautiful kilometers during which athletes can enjoy the beauty of the scenic coast. At kilo 23 there is a turning point at the entrance to Positano and back. Return towards Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi where you will pass about 35 km. Then in Termini, in the territory of Massa Lubrense, pass to 40 km, in the center of Massa Lubrense that of 46 km and back to Sorrento via via Capo.
