If you’ve read our Twelve Minutes review, you’ll know that we found some shortcomings in terms of mechanics and narrative cohesion, but on top of that, Annapurna Interactive’s production strengths are beyond doubt.
Currently, the game’s Metascore is 82, with almost all votes above 8 and one pass, that of TheGamer, who complained of frustration with some situations and perhaps a slightly outdated approach.
Other reviews, as mentioned, are rather enthusiastic and emphasize the narrative depth of the adventure, the originality of the ideas set and the freshness of the surprisingly multifaceted gameplay.
