Come, Holy Spirit, send us your ray of light from heaven. Come, poor dad, come, the giver of gifts, come, the light of hearts. The perfect comforter, sweet guest of soul, sweetest comfort. In fatigue and rest. In the heat, a shelter. Tears and rest. O blessed light, pass the hearts of your believers inside. Without your power there is nothing in man and nothing without guilt.
Wash what is dirty and wet, not dry. Heal what is bleeding. Bend what is rigid, warm that is cold, and straighten out that which is misleading. Give to the faithful, who alone trust in you, the seven holy gifts. It gives virtue and reward, gives holy death, and gives eternal joy. Trustworthy.
