Former TOWIE star Gemma Collins has shared her thoughts on her possible comeback in I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! In order to display all the stars.
The 41-year-old, who made a brief appearance on the reality show in 2014, gave her opinion on the popular ITV show but seemed reluctant to make her comeback.
Speaking frankly, Gemma said that she had not heard about the renewal of the program because she insisted that she no longer wanted to go to “extremism” for entertainment.
Speaking to The Sun, he said, “I haven’t heard of that.
“I just don’t feel like I have to go overboard with TV to keep people entertained anymore.”
He added, “You made a Piers Morgan life story piece! You’ve done it now.”
The judge also said that she wants to rest after August as she plans to have a baby with her partner, Rami Hawash.
Gemma’s 2014 jungle experience was short-lived.
After suffering from a lack of food available on the show and claiming she had malaria, the reality star decided to leave the show three days after entering the camp.
However, Gemma later insisted that she had good reason to initially quit the show because she was “beaten” by her partner the night before leaving the UK.
The TV personality claimed that ex-boyfriend Alex Moss hit her “from the neck down” – allegations he denies.
Speaking to The Sun at the time, she explained, “I was badly beaten by my partner the night before I went to the woods.
“When I got there I was hit from the neck down.”
Gemma also said that ITV advised her not to go into the woods, but she did not want to miss the opportunity to star in one of the biggest shows on British television.
Although ITV hasn’t officially announced if a new show will be shown, speculation about the stars who might make a comeback has flooded the internet.
According to recent reports, the new show will air in 2023 and “will see all the famous names that have made the show so popular over the years return to the fire and fight to be crowned the best.”
