Shot in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, Farewell – parting It’s a visually and emotionally captivating experience, as you can see 150 drones fly in the sky to make the UK’s largest drone display. In the words of the Scottish poet Macar, Jackie Kay. Good Work Part 1 is inspired by what we can and cannot do in 2020 and what we can do in the year just starting. Jackie writes about the way air carries air, music, viruses, songs and hymns. Despite the shock of the past months, we can and must hope. Hope for the future, hope for a new year and hope for each other.
The first part of Fare Well looks back at the past year: funerals and canceled marriages, the anguish and despair that were collective, with the feeling that the world had become a village.
Part Two of “Fare Well” includes lyrics by famous actor David Tennant with Siobhan Redmond, Lorne MacFadyen, Scots Makar and Jackie Kay.
