The first phase of the 2021 cashback program will end on June 30. So the moment will come when the refunds are paid and the grand prize of 1500 euros is liquidated. But there is still doubt about what will happen in the second half of the year or as of July 1. Will the rules change or will the initiative fade away?
When refunds arrive
Consap refunds will start from July 1, and those who have joined the initiative will be credited to their checking account, no later than August 29 at the latest. Payment can be up to 150 EUR. Those who made at least 50 transactions from January 1 to June 30, 2021 using ATMs, credit cards or by choosing an electronic payment method in stores are entitled to receive it. The credit consists of “liquidating” the accumulated amount (i.e. 10% of purchases) up to a maximum of 150 euros. But not only: Whoever among the 100,000 Italians who have made the most electronic transactions since January will also be entitled to a cashback of 1,500 euros.
How is the payment done?
Refunds are made by transferring to the current account that was indicated during registration in the IO application. By June 30, it is also possible to change the IBAN for credit through the application.

In the Complaints Portal Consap, it will be possible to file a complaint if you do not receive a refund or if the amount is incorrect. To do this, you will need to register for this Link end of October. Consap will have 30 days to assess the individual case.
