Gabriel Union And NBC – forteAmerican Talents– A settlement was reached after the actress accused the show of being a toxic workplace.

In a joint statement obtained by Fox News on Tuesday, representatives of NBC and Union said they had “reached an amicable decision.”

“NBC Entertainment appreciates the important concerns raised by Gabrielle Union and remains committed to ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment where people of all backgrounds can be treated with respect,” the statement said.

Union allegedly urged producers to report the incident to NBC’s Human Resources department – but their pleas fell on deaf ears.
